This is for people who run things: the ones with a machine under the desk, a rack in the closet, a model they fine-tuned, an agent in production, or a sensor in the field. Working setups and honest failure reports are worth more here than opinions about the industry.

The first cohort opens with the waitlist below. No platform has been chosen yet — that decision follows the people, not the other way round.
